Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms govern access to the Wash I.T.™ Operations Center and its subscribed modules. By activating an assigned account, the user confirms that they are authorized by their employer or organization to use the services and agrees to these terms.
Assigned business access
- Access is invitation-only, personal to the assigned user, and limited to the customers, stores, modules, and controls approved by Wash I.T.
- Users must protect their credentials, use accurate account information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Users may not share accounts, bypass access controls, probe other tenants, interfere with the service, or use information outside their authorized business purpose.
- Wash I.T. may suspend or remove access to protect customers, providers, the platform, or other users.
Operational information and controls
Status, alerts, device data, music information, weather information, and other operational results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or supplied by third parties. The Operations Center supplements—not replaces—site inspections, emergency procedures, life-safety systems, security response, regulatory duties, or professional judgment.
Authorized controls can change live customer systems. The user is responsible for reviewing the selected customer, stores, settings, content, timing, and expected effect before confirming an action. Wash I.T. may retain an audit record of account and control activity.
Third-party services
Some modules rely on third-party providers, subscriptions, networks, devices, content, or licensing. Provider availability, terms, plan limits, and permissions continue to apply. Wash I.T. does not grant rights to third-party content and does not guarantee that a provider will accept or immediately perform a requested action.
AI-assisted content and synthetic audio
Optional tools may use artificial intelligence to draft messages or create synthetic speech. Outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or incomplete. An authorized operator must review and approve every claim, price, date, eligibility rule, pronunciation, disclosure, and final audio file before use. Customers remain responsible for advertising, accessibility, consent, voice, publicity, intellectual-property, and other legal requirements that apply to their content.
Strict prohibition on copying and reverse engineering
Copying, imitating, extracting, or attempting to discover how the Wash I.T. platform is built or operates is strictly prohibited. Unless Wash I.T. gives prior written authorization, users may not directly or indirectly—and may not help, permit, or encourage another person or automated system to—do any of the following:
- Copy, reproduce, mirror, frame, republish, download, extract, scrape, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform, software, interface, documentation, provider content, artwork, workflow, data model, or non-public API.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, translate, adapt, modify, or attempt to derive or discover source code, object code, system architecture, algorithms, business logic, security controls, trade secrets, or other non-public technical information.
- Probe, scan, test, circumvent, bypass, defeat, or interfere with authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, rate limits, monitoring, or any other security or technical restriction.
- Use access to benchmark, analyze, imitate, train, design, develop, or offer a competing, substitute, derivative, or substantially similar product or service.
- Use bots, crawlers, scripts, recording tools, browser automation, or other means to collect platform content or behavior beyond the ordinary authorized operation of assigned controls.
Enforcement
Any attempted violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and pursuit of contractual, injunctive, or other remedies available under applicable law. If applicable law expressly prohibits a particular restriction above, that restriction applies only to the maximum lawful extent; no exception grants access to source code, credentials, another tenant, or non-public systems.
Ownership
Wash I.T., Surveillance Concepts LLC, their licensors, and applicable providers retain all rights in their respective software, code, designs, interfaces, documentation, workflows, data structures, content, branding, and non-public system information. Access is a limited permission to use assigned functions for the customer's authorized business operations and does not transfer ownership or grant any right to reproduce or create derivative technology.
Service limitations
Services are provided subject to the customer's written agreement and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Wash I.T. does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside its reasonable control. Any warranties, remedies, limitations, or liability terms in a signed customer agreement control if they conflict with this online notice.
Changes and contact
Wash I.T. may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. If acceptance of a new version is required, the platform will present it before continued activation or access. Questions may be directed to Wash I.T. at 833-321-2288.
