Wash Tunes terms of use
Wash Tunes is a Wash I.T.™ management and automation application for an authorized customer's Soundtrack account. Wash I.T.™ built and maintains this application. Soundtrack supplies the music catalog, licensing, playback service, metadata, and provider-hosted artwork.
Authorized business use only
- Only Wash I.T.™ personnel and customer operators expressly assigned to the account may use the controls.
- Music may be used only at properly subscribed business locations and sound zones covered by the customer's Soundtrack plan and required local licenses.
- Visitors and car-wash guests may not use Wash Tunes as a jukebox or control playback.
- Do not stream, record, download, copy, redistribute, scrape, or build a separate catalog from Soundtrack music, metadata, or artwork.
- Do not use songs, artists, album artwork, or other Soundtrack content to imply an endorsement of a product, offer, or business.
- Do not use Soundtrack content to train or operate an artificial-intelligence system without the applicable rights-holder authorization.
- Do not remove provider notices, bypass access restrictions, share credentials, or attempt to reverse engineer either service.
Account responsibility
The customer remains responsible for its Soundtrack subscription, accurate location and sound-zone information, operator activity, music licensing exceptions, announcement claims, and all use made through its assigned access. Live changes are recorded by Soundtrack as the system of record.
Third-party service
Soundtrack is an intended third-party beneficiary of the restrictions protecting its service, content, intellectual property, and licensors and may enforce those protections. Use is also subject to Soundtrack's current terms and plan limitations.
Wash I.T.™, not Soundtrack, is responsible for building, maintaining, supporting, and securing Wash Tunes. Soundtrack does not warrant or support Wash Tunes and is not responsible for losses arising from this application. To the extent permitted by law, Wash Tunes is supplied without warranties beyond those expressly agreed by Wash I.T.™ in a separate customer contract.
Disconnecting Soundtrack
An account administrator can immediately stop provider access by revoking the Wash Tunes API key in Soundtrack, then contacting Wash I.T.™ at 833-321-2288 to remove the customer mapping and any retained operational metadata. Disconnecting does not cancel the customer's Soundtrack subscription.
