Wash I.T. Privacy Notice

Wash I.T.™ uses a managed identity provider to verify account credentials and maintains separate Wash I.T.™ approval, role, customer, location, and account-status records. Signing in does not grant access without an active assignment approved by Wash I.T.™

Information processed

How it is used

Information is processed to authenticate operators, isolate customers, display operational status, create requested content, perform confirmed provider actions, troubleshoot service, and protect the platform. Wash I.T.™ does not sell Soundtrack metadata, artwork, or customer operator data.

Account activation records

For newly provisioned accounts, Wash I.T. records the account identifier, email and identity-provider subject, server acceptance time, Terms of Use and Privacy Notice versions, cryptographic fingerprints of the exact notices, confirmation that each notice was opened before acceptance, activation method, and the related invitation record when available. This record supports access administration, security, compliance, and dispute resolution. The acceptance screen does not collect an IP address or device fingerprint for this record.

Retention and providers

Live Soundtrack information is requested as needed and Soundtrack remains the system of record. Provider-hosted artwork is not downloaded into a Wash I.T.™ catalog. Browser-generated voice auditions remain in the current browser session unless an operator downloads the file or submits it to Wash I.T.™ for manual delivery to Soundtrack. A submitted MP3 is transmitted by Wash I.T.™'s email provider and may be retained in the support mailbox until the upload is completed and the applicable support-retention period expires. Direct provider upload remains disabled pending written approval. Operational logs may be retained as needed for security, support, and legal obligations.

Access, correction, and deletion

Contact Wash I.T.™ at 833-321-2288 to request access correction, removal, or deletion of customer mappings and retained operational metadata. A Soundtrack administrator may revoke the integration key directly in Soundtrack at any time.
